Henry C. Griffin is Professor Emeritus of Chemistry. Current research activities include the characterization of fission products, natural radioactive decay chains, heavy elements produced by neutron irradiations and the study of reactions induced by beams of radioactive materials.

Brief biography: Ph.D. MIT 1962. Postdoctoral appointments at Argonne National Lab, Swiss Federal Reactor Institute, Livermore National Lab, Washington Univ. (St. Louis). Univ. of Michigan 1964-present. Radiochemical separations, gamma-ray spectroscopy, in-beam spectroscopy. 100 publications.

Dr. Henry Griffin is a MMPEI Faculty Fellow.
